Lord my heart is troubled and my soul mourns for my people. We have walked in darkness for so long. The enemy has oppressed us from every side. How long shall we continue to travail in darkness.
Your word says that one day “Ethiopia shall rise and stretch forth her hands”.
Psalm 68:31” Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.”(KJV)
Lord my people have been rising for so long. Their yearning for you has grown and their understanding has matured. Lord, When? Yes Lord! , When shall we walk in the fullness thereof? When shall we take our rightful place amongst the nations?
As my spirit groans for my people, something is stirred up within me. I am reminded that everything will be done according to your time, and all we have to do is wait upon the Lord.
So we your people shall wait diligently until the day of our uplifting comes. Only you know when we shall walk in the fullness thereof.
Yes Lord we wait upon you without anxious hearts. It shall come forth at the time that you have appointed. We shall continue to rise as we wait upon the appointed time. Our time shall come, yes my people our time shall come. Let us continue to take Him at his word. When our time has come all nations shall know why the Lord God Almighty kept us in such a place for such a time.
O Ethiopia! Do not mourn for your sons shall arise and the nations shall know through them that there is a God who delivers
